General Rules

Please understand that there will be no returns, cancellation and refunds of orders once an order is made. Please ensure that you would like to purchase before you make an order. If you require any assistance before you purchase, we are happy to advice and help you out! Kindy email us at

We carefully check all items before sending them out however we apologize if we had sent you a defective/incorrect item. Please email us at with a picture, your Order Number and descriptions of the defect within 10 days (local orders – Singapore and Malaysia) / 21 days (international orders) from the date that the order was placed, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Once the defects have been confirmed, you can send the defective product back to us, and we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you once we receive the defective item.

Terms of Exchanges Policy
1) We do not provide returns/exchanges/refunds unless the mistakes was committed on our end.
2) Item must be in original packaging, with tags and unworn. Items which do not meet the requirements are not applicable for exchange or refund.
3) All return, exchanges and refund issues subject to our final approval.
4) We do not accept exchange claimed due to color differ between the website and the actual item. Please understand that actual color of the item might differ slightly due to studio lighting as well as setting of your monitor/laptop/mobile device screen. However, we are doing the best to display the product color in website close to the real item as much as possible.
5) Exchange items must be same or higher in value where top up is required.
6) Only in the case where item of choice is sold out, refund will be made.
7) For local orders (Singapore and Malaysia), we will reimburse shipping cost incurred due to defective/incorrect item sent to you.
8) For international orders Return/Exchanges/Refund, customer will bear the shipping charges of parcel back to us.
9) Please note that we will only proceed with the return if the item was purchased directly from LITTLEMOMENTS.COM.SG.

1) Kindly note that we are an online shopping site and normally do not offer self collect or meet ups.
2) Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
